Kiwi is a personal shopping assistant that shops on your behalf via chat. The Service is currently in a pre-launch phase. By joining our waitlist, you are expressing interest in being notified when Kiwi becomes available.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using Kiwi, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

All content on the Kiwi website, including text, graphics, logos, design, and software — is the property of Kiwi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
The "Kiwi" name and logo are trademarks of Kiwi. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use any of our trademarks.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiwi and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Kiwi (if any) in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiwi and its team from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may also stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive, including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
